These are the terms and conditions (Sales Terms) that will apply to all product purchases (“shopping”) made from Labor Organic, including gift cards and e-gift cards, using our website. By ordering products through www.labororganic.com, Labor Organic microsites, mobile sites, or mobile applications (collectively referred to as “Website”), or by phone, you accept and confirm the binding nature of these Sales Terms. Order Acceptance and Billing
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipment. All billing information must be provided accurately and completely. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in a violation of the Terms of Sale and the cancellation of your order. Labor Organic reserves the right to request additional information to verify your identity and billing information before accepting an order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment method) has been charged, a credit will be issued to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. If your order is canceled in whole or in part, or if additional information is needed to accept your order, we will contact you. Labor Organic may request a pre-authorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit card. This pre-authorization is not billed to you; however, your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. The length of this hold is determined by your card issuer. We do this to ensure that your card details are still valid and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you acknowledge and agree to accept and pay for the item(s). For most orders, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped, but orders paid for with a gift card or e-gift card (collectively, “Gift Card”) or PayPal account will be charged at the time the order is placed. Labor Organic reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, per email address, per IP address, or per order for any reason. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, email, and/or IP address. Billing, Payment, and Shipping Information Errors
Some orders cannot be processed due to errors in the information you have provided, including but not limited to: incorrect credit or debit card number, expiration date, and/or card security number or other payment information; incorrect billing information (e.g., if the billing information you provided does not match the information on file with your financial institution); insufficient or incorrect shipping address (including street, city, state, area code, or postal code); or any suspected fraudulent information.
Purchase Reshipment
Products sold on our website are for personal use only and may not be resold. Reselling our products for personal or commercial gain is strictly prohibited. Orders that appear to be for resale purposes will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders. Labor Organic reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion, including orders that exhibit characteristics of high quantities, frequent ordering, orders placed by distributors or resellers (retailers), or use of freight forwarding. Labor Organic also reserves the right to cancel subsequent orders from these customers. Resale under this Agreement is defined as the purchase or attempted purchase of any product(s) from Labor Organic for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale with a third party.
Previous Fraudulent Order History
Labor Organic reserves the right to refuse any order suspected of fraudulent activity and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a history of fraudulent orders. We may also refuse any order linked to a previously disputed credit card. If Labor Organic rejects your order due to a pricing error or other product information error, we will notify you via the email address you provided and ask if you wish to reorder once the information has been corrected. If we do not receive a response from you within seven days, Labor Organic may cancel the order.
Pricing and Payment Policies
The products offered on our website are subject to availability. The prices listed on our website are in TL and are valid only within the territory of TR. Labor Organic reserves the right to update and correct the information on our website at any time without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information or any information published on our website. Prices and stock availability are subject to change without notice. In cases where the product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Crypto Wallet. Gift Cards are available for online purchase in increments of 300 TL, 500 TL, 1000 TL, 1500 TL, 2000 TL, 2500 TL, 3000 TL, 4000 TL, and 5000 TL. Gift Cards can be used online or at any Labor Organic store. When you purchase a Gift Card, standard shipping charges and, if applicable, sales taxes will be added.
Promotion Codes
From time to time, Labor Organic offers promotions through emails, catalogs, letters, and advertisements. By signing up and agreeing to receive promotional notifications from Labor Organic, you will receive email promotions and offers with special codes valid for free shipping and other discounts. To take advantage of our promotions, please visit our E-newsletter Signup page. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that excessive abuse or misuse of promotion codes and other promotions may result in the cancellation of the order or product. To ensure fair reimbursement and distribution of promotions to our registered customers, Labor Organic may restrict reimbursements per person, per household, per email, per IP address, or per order for any reason. Promotion codes are inherently limited and may expire or be terminated with or without notice. Promotion codes are void where prohibited by law. Promotion codes cannot be copied, sold, or shared. Delivery Policies
Standard shipping is free for orders of 1500 TL and above! Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Konya and will arrive within 3-5 business days after your order is accepted. Out of Stock Products: We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If your product is out of stock, we will contact you regarding your order. Labor Organic does not backorder.
Return Policies
Valid only for purchases made at Labor Organic stores in TR or at www.labororganic.com. All returns and exchanges require a sales receipt. Promotions are not valid for exchanges. Products paid for in cash can only be exchanged or store credit will be issued. No cash refunds are given. If you believe you have been overcharged for a product, please inform the store attendant or call 0850 335 0 373, and the difference between the amount paid and the correct sales price will be refunded to you.
